Booking Conditions

1 .- GENERAL

These general conditions constitute a contract to reserve a rental car through the website www.autosciutadella.com, Car ownership society Ciutadella SL, established in Negrete 29, BIS, 07760 Ciutadella de Menorca (Baleares) and CIF B46576546. The processing of a reservation through this web site constitutes explicit acceptance of each and every one of these general conditions, which are complemented by Spanish law, general and specific users and consumers.

2 .- PRIVACY

According to Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data (Act), we inform you that the personal information you provide through this website will be included in a database registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency Data for the sole purpose of processing bookings. The database is the responsibility of society ClickMenorca SLNE CIF: B65100299.

You are entitled to access your personal information collected on this file, modify it if erroneous or cancel and object to their treatment, by any of the following two methods:

3 .- CLIENT

You represent that you are of age and have the legal capacity to acquire the services offered through this website. When booking, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of any data notes. If it is found to be incorrect, could cause the cancellation of the reservation.

4 .- RESERVATIONS

To guarantee the reservation you should pay a deposit by credit card, online through a secure server of the bank concerned and will be the last step in making the reservation, is considered firm unless is carried out such payment. This transaction will be made in euros and the price quoted in the páguincluye VAT.

The remaining payment should be made at the beginning of the service, otherwise the reservation will be canceled. You will receive details of your reservation by e-mail with all the details of it.

If you make a reservation and for some reason the price shown was wrong, the reservation is not valid. We will inform you of the error as soon as possible and given the option of paying the correct price or receive a full refund of money already paid.

Successful completion of the booking process is not a contract of hire vehicles, to be formalized must be signed by the customer and the rental company upon arrival at the place of collection of the vehicle.

The rental company reserves the right to refuse signing the lease to those who do not meet the conditions of the lease as detailed in paragraph 5 of this contract.

5 .- RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

No refunds of deposit, this amount is paid in compensation to cancel the reservation.

6 .- CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

PRICES INCLUDE:
- Insurance
- Taxes and fees.
- 24 for breakdown assistance and car replacement.
- Unlimited mileage
- Additional driver.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

- Violation of Yanta and covered
- Damage to the vehicle's underside (housing)
- Damage to upholstery
- Incorrect fuel refueling
- Lost or broken keys
- Fuel
- Fines and traffic fines

CONDUCTOR.

- Driving license valid in the European Union.
- Only accept original driving license.
- Minimum age of 23 years and 3 years old.

INSURANCE

- Insurance included with excess
- Excess of 250 €
- Excess of € 500 under 28 vehicles from the group C

MOTORCYCLES

- VAT and Insurance included
- 2 Helmets included
- Excess of € 130 must be payed in cash or credit card
- Passport or ID needed
- Motrcylce license or 36 month old car license needed
- Minimum age: 21 years old
