3. Do I need to leave a deposit when I rent a vehical?

Yes, the €200 deposit that we request from our customers when renting a car aims to ensure the fulfillment of the rental agreement in terms of returning the vehicle on time and at the agreed location, with the correct amount of fuel, and, if applicable, in clean conditions. We also want to inform our customers that the deposit will be fully refunded upon the return of the vehicle, provided that everything is in order.

4. What insurance do I have when I rent with Autos Ciutadella?

the rental contract, our company exempts the costumer, depends on age, and also how many years of driving license, of any economic responsibility, for damages to the car, all this with no excess, for more details consult terms and conditions.

7. Autos Ciutadella charge for petrol?

Autos Ciutadella only askes our clients to return the vehical with the same amount as when you rented the vehical.

8. How old do I have to be to rent in Autos Ciutadella?

Autos Ciutadella except drivers from 21 years of age with 3 years of owning a full drivers licence. 21-24 years there is an additional payment which is compulsory.
